30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

What You Can Return:

  • Unworn items with original tags attached
  • Items in original packaging
  • Unused and undamaged products
  • Items purchased at full price or on sale

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimates (for hygiene reasons)
  • Earrings and body jewelry
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards

How to Return an Item

Returning items is easy! Just follow these simple steps:

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account and go to Order History. Select the order and click "Return Items". Choose the items you'd like to return and the reason.

Print Your Return Label

You'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Print it out and attach it to your package.

Pack Your Items

Place items in their original packaging (if possible) with tags attached. Use the original box or a sturdy shipping box.

Ship Your Return

Drop off your package at any USPS location or schedule a pickup. We recommend keeping your tracking receipt until your return is processed.

Note: Return shipping is FREE for all US customers. A $7.99 fee applies for international returns.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We make exchanges simple!

How to Exchange

Follow the same return process above, but select "Exchange" instead of "Return". Choose your replacement item, and we'll ship it to you as soon as we receive your return.

Exchange Timeline: Your exchange will be shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving your return.

Price Difference: If your exchange item costs more, you'll be charged the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.

Refund Process

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Store Credit: Instant (upon request)

Important: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.).

Damaged or Defective Items

We inspect all items before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, we'll make it right!

What to Do

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and photos of the damage/defect
  3. We'll send a replacement or full refund (including original shipping)

Returning a Gift

Received a gift that's not quite right? We can help!

With Gift Receipt: Return for store credit or exchange (refund will be processed to the original buyer).

Without Gift Receipt: Return for store credit at the current selling price.

Gift returns follow the same 30-day policy and condition requirements as regular returns.
